| 1. J-A and J-B machine frame is matched with LC and DC vertical reducer. | |
| 2. J-A is used in the shaft head of vertical reducer I, matched JQ lining shell shaft | |
| coupling (HG5-213-65). Note the machine Frame isnot Used in the situation axial | |
| power of milled shaft is large. | |
| 3. Example: J-A-30 means J-A machine frame without beaing when output shaft | |
| diameter of reducer is 30 | |
| 4. J-B: it is used in vertical reducer II output shaft, installed TKor GT shaft coupling, | |
| having middle bearing, supporting axial power by middle shaft,so itis used in such | |
| condition: milled shafthas great axial power, the shaft is big and there is no bearing in | |
| the retort. When output shaft of reducer is connectedwith milled shaft by TK | |
| shaftcoupling, milled shaft must have two independent bearing points. | |
| 5. Example: J-B-50 means J-B machine frame with middle bearing when output | |
| shaft of reducer is 50. Output shaft diameter of reducer A is the machine frame without | |
| bearing, B is the machine frame with bearingdiameter |
